💡How long are your contracts?

Most contracts are an agreement of 6 months unless otherwise arranged. This lets us get to know you while you get to know us, without agreeing to any large, upfront commitment or cost.

💡I signed up for a package, what’s next?

We follow the same process for all our clients.

1. Kickoff Call

   We use this time to determine the goals and scope of your project and to outline the next few months.

2. Setup

   After kickoff, we’ll make sure we have all the access we need to your tools and systems to execute the work agreed upon.

3. Execute

   We get to work! Keeping you updated as we go and reporting on our progress.

4. Regular Meeting Cadence

   You’ll hear from us at regularly as progress is made, but we keep everything o track by touching base with you every single month.

💡Do you offer discounts for paying 6 months in full?

Yes! If you’d like to pay the full 6 months in advance. We arrange the discount at the time of invoice.

💡do you use outside contractors?

The team at Sisu handles all client projects closely and carefully. Outside vendors are used only if the scope requires it.
